For an energetic full body workout that will challenge you, come into Orangetheory Fitness in Lake Worth, Florida. We’ll lead you through an amazing workout that’s like nothing you have ever experienced!
The Orangetheory 60-minute group workout is built upon three main components, which include treadmill training blocks, indoor rowing machines, and weight room/resistance training blocks.
You will be fitted with a heart rate monitor and POD during your five-zone interval group training session. If you prefer, you may purchase your own monitor from one of our friendly staff members. The monitor is important because our fitness sessions have been constructed to keep your heart rate within a targeted zone to stimulate your metabolism and increase your energy. This results in what we refer to as the Orange Effect – additional energy, visible toning, and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours following your Orangetheory gym session.
If you have goals related to fitness performance or would like to lose weight, Orangetheory will help get you to where you want to be. If you have a performance related goal and attend 2-4 Orangetheory sessions per week, you can expect to start seeing increased gains in your speed, strength, and power within your first two weeks of attending. If you have a weight loss related goal and are following a healthy nutrition plan, you can anticipate seeing a loss of approximately 3-5 pounds a week when attending 3-5 Orangetheory sessions per week.
With multiple gym session times available every day, there is bound to be one that is perfect for you. Book your initial session with our Lake Worth, Florida fitness studio by giving us a call at (561) 327-6100 or by using our website. Your very first session with us is free, so try us today!
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
